Background

Canalix was founded as a spin-off from Nordic GoPro Ltd, a leading case and document software company established in 1993, with a history of serving international public institutions. With nearly two decades of experience in supporting hundreds of Northern European public sector organisations in setting new standards in digitalisation, Canalix was formed to focus specifically on providing dedicated onboarding services and secure, ITIL-compliant operational support for customers with specific and complex case management requirements.

We do this for our own Uma case management solutions, which are known for their configurable, data-driven efficiency improvements with a ‘Scandi chic’ UX design. Additionally, we offer expert onboarding services and support for a range of GoPro Group products, including the innovative Casedoc justice case management portfolio.
